"Arabic" with seeds

This is healthy and nutritious group of products - reach in vitamins, fibers and antioxidants.

1. Arabic with sesame seeds:

Sesame seeds are exceptionally rich in iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, and calcium, and contain vitamin B1 and vitamin E and lignans, including unique content of sesamin, which are phytoestrogens with antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. Sesame seeds also contain phytosterols associated with reduced levels of blood cholesterol.

2. Arabic with pumpkin seeds:

Pumpkin seeds are good sources of proteins, and contain iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and potassium. In regards to iron, 25 grams of seeds can provide over 20 percent of the recommended daily iron intake.

3. Arabic with peanuts:

Peanuts are rich in nutrients, providing over 30 essential nutrients and phytonutrients. Peanuts are a good source of niacin, folate, fiber, magnesium, vitamin E, manganese and phosphorus. They also are naturally free of trans-fats and sodium, and contain about 25% protein (a higher proportion than in any true nut).

4. Arabic with sunflower seeds:

Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of dietary fiber, some amino acids (especially tryptophan), Vitamin E, B Vitamins (especially vitamin B1 or thiamine, vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid and folate), and minerals such as copper, manganese, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, selenium, calcium and zinc. Additionally, they are rich in cholesterol-lowering phytosterols.
